This bulletin is issued on a base of one case happened on our model , after four months of extensive use.

Due to inserting to deeply the connecting pipe into the wing sleeve, there is a possibility to cut the first section 
of HEREX spar, - with the carbon tube- along a joint of balsa and HEREX spar. (see drawing –“X” section )

To prevent this situation:
- dismantle the aileron
- through the opening in the aileron spar, laminate 2-3 layers of KEVLAR straps (see enclosed drawing)
- alternatively you may use a plywood plate of 1.5mm of thickness.
- than enlarge a slot on the end of the connecting pipe
