The entire model is manufactured out of sandwiched composite materials /Kevlar,carbon,glass/ cast in vacuum molds . This technique guarantees the product to be as strong as possible, while maintaining light weight and 100% repeatability. All components are painted in the molds, which guarantees the best results and the highest quality surfaces.
